보일러 연도용 차압 절탄기는 보일러 성능과 에너지 절약을 최적화하도록 설계된 고효율 열교환 장치입니다.
보일러 절탄기는 비등점을 초과하지 않고 액체(일반적으로 물)를 가열하는 핀 튜브가 있는 열교환 장치입니다. 세 가지 유형을 제조합니다.
- 베어 튜브 절탄기
- H형 핀 튜브 절탄기(확장된 열교환 면적을 가진 고효율 설계)
- 나선형 핀 튜브 절탄기(마모 방지 및 긴 수명)
H형 핀 튜브 절탄기는 구조적 무결성을 유지하면서 연도 가스 흐름 속도와 마모를 줄입니다. 이중 H형 핀 튜브는 긴 튜브 열에 향상된 강성을 제공합니다. 나선형 핀 절탄기는 뛰어난 내마모성을 제공합니다.
절탄기는 연도 가스에서 폐열을 효율적으로 회수하여 운영 비용을 절감하고 최적의 냉각 성능을 유지하면서 에너지 소비를 최소화합니다.
